Madison Veronee, Senior Airman in the United States Air Force and student in Logan’s Bachelor of Science in Human Biology program, has served our country for six years. “I joined the Air Force when I was 18 years old,” Madison said. “I was just starting out in life. U.S. Air Force Veteran Aspires to Aid Fellow Disabled Veterans

Dominque Roberts, former nuclear weapons technician for the United States Air Force, realized their true calling after attending one of many appointments with the Veterans Affairs (VA) office.  Dominique wanted to create custom, electronically aided, active prosthetics for other disabled veterans. “I aim to create the prosthetics to be suited to people’s specific needs and match their lifestyles,” explained Dominique. “This isn’t necessarily a niche the VA is suited, or designed, to meet.” Dominique plans to achieve this goal by attending Logan University to earn their Bachelor of Science in Human Biology degree.
