Logan University is proud to announce our installation as chapter #357 of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline honor society. The mission of Phi Kappa Phi is to recognize and promote academic excellence in all fields of higher education and to engage the community of scholars in service to others.
Membership in Phi Kappa Phi is by invitation only. Those elected to membership include the top students from all Logan degree programs, based on GPA. Faculty, staff and alumni who achieve scholarly distinction may also be eligible for membership. Each year, approximately 25,000 members are initiated and since its founding, Phi Kappa Phi has initiated more than 1.5 million members. Its chapters are on more than 325 campuses in the United States, its territories and the Philippines.
The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi’s ongoing commitment to excellence is reflected in its award and grant programs. Each year, $1.3 million is given to outstanding students and members through award competitions. Additionally, members receive benefits such as career resources, scholastic discounts and discounts on technology, shopping and travel.
