This Fall, Ryan Fischer will become the first Doctor of Chiropractic graduate within an academic primary care fellowship at Boston University School of Medicine. Logan University is proud to announce its partnership with St. Louis Community College (STLCC), allowing Logan’s Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) interns to provide chiropractic consulting and care for its student-athletes. “This partnership will provide Logan interns practical learning opportunities while providing STLCC student-athletes with additional treatment and care,” said Logan’s Associate Provost of the College of Chiropractic, Kristina Petrocco-Napuli, DC, MS, DHPE (’23), FICC. “Logan is proud to build this relationship with STLCC.” In addition to chiropractic treatment and care, STLCC’s athletes will receive injury-related diagnostic and treatment services, nutritional counseling and more. Logan University Unveils Coggins Education Wing

Logan University unveiled the Coggins Education Wing, which encompasses the north end of Logan’s Administration Building. The wing is named after alumnus William Coggins, DC (’40), who served as Logan’s third president for 18 years. Under his leadership, Logan became nationally accredited and led the merging of Missouri Chiropractic College and Logan. In 1973, he greatly expanded Logan’s campus by acquiring the buildings and grounds of the former Maryknoll Seminary, where Logan is housed today. A three-time Logan alumna, Danielle Angela Eaton, DC (’08) received her undergraduate degree in 2006, her Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree in 2008 and her Master’s of Science in Sports Science and Rehabilitation (MS-SSR) also in 2008. After graduation, she began working at Logan as the assistant director of sports and rehabilitation at the University’s sports medicine clinic. In 2012, Dr. Eaton had her first child and left the position to start her own practice. “Running a solo private practice gave me great flexibility with my schedule and I was able to really focus on my patients,” she said. “However, …
