Stephanie Rossler, MS, RDN (’21) was always interested in nutrition and helping others optimize their health. Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Stephanie attended the University of Alabama where she graduated in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition. After graduation, Stephanie moved to Mobile, AL with dietetics on her mind, but decided to begin working in corporate wellness. Arthur Kaufer, DC (’89) and David Kaufer, DC (’89) try to make their patients feel as at home as they do at their chiropractic practice. On Wednesday, September 6, Logan University opened the doors to the brand-new Fuhr Science Center building. Timothy “TJ” Williamson, DC (’19), attended the University of Arkansas for his bachelor’s degree in exercise science. While there he worked as a personal trainer and at a physical therapy practice helping a variety of patients from CrossFit athletes to Razorback football players. “The chiropractors I worked with while at Arkansas were Active Release Technique (ART) specialists who worked closely with athletes on myofascial release,” said Dr. Williamson. “At the time I knew I wanted to get into the medical field but wasn’t sure which path to take.
