Meet Dr. Elise Hewitt, Program Director for Master of Science in Chiropractic Pediatrics

In April 2021, Logan welcomed Elise Hewitt, DC, DICCP, FICC as founding program director for the university’s new Master of Science in Chiropractic Pediatrics (MS-CP). After earning her bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado and graduating summa cum laude from Western States Chiropractic College—now University of Western States (UWS)—Dr. Hewitt and her husband Randy Hewitt, DC, CCSP, CSCS opened Portland Chiropractic Group in Portland, Oregon, in 1989. To establish her practice, she provided chiropractic care to patients of all ages wherever and whenever they needed it, but she quickly developed an interest in treating children. “Moms would call on weekends …

Earlier this week, Logan University and City of Chesterfield officials took part in a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Logan Park. An in-person commencement ceremony will be held for the August 2021 College of Chiropractic and College of Health Sciences graduates on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at 10 a.m. in the William D. Purser Center on Logan’s campus.
