This is a part-time on-site role for a Licensed Chiropractor at DuPage Health and Physical Therapy in Naperville, IL. The Licensed Chiropractor will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with health problems of the neuromusculoskeletal system. They will also perform X-rays, massages, adjustments, and other therapies or modalities to help patients relax, reduce pain, and improve range of motion.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution
Valid state licensure as a Chiropractor
Proficiency in performing physical examinations and interpreting medical imaging results
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Experience in acute pain management and occupational health is preferred
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
Ability to provide compassionate patient care in a professional manner
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
Responsibilities:
– Perform physical examinations and assessments of patients to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions
– Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
– Utilize various chiropractic techniques to provide pain relief and improve overall health and well-being
– Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, and exercises for injury prevention and rehabilitation
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and referrals
– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
