We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full-time in Surprise, AZ. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, and creating long-term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor has excellent Manual adjustment skills, a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills, great communication skills, and is self-motivated, coachable, and willing to learn our protocols and systems.

We offer physical therapy and pain management, with the chiropractic and physical therapy teams collaborating with massage therapy and sports medicine.
Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/ Digital X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Case management of patients
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments of spine and extremities, rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) writing daily notes and billing into EMR system
• Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care- working with medical provider to maximize patients’ treatment and recovery
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in AZ
• Must have great manual adjusting skills
Schedule:
• Full time (Mon- Fri)
Salary (range):
• $70k-$100k
