Book Voucher

Logan students approved for financial aid who expect a credit balance may request a book voucher. The voucher lets you purchase textbooks and required course materials through Logan's Bookstore (Follett in store or online) and charge them against your student account. Once approved, a charge for the requested amount is placed on your account and held until the voucher is used or the credit balance is processed. Unused funds are refunded after the add/drop period.

• Be registered for the upcoming trimester's coursework
• Expect financial aid for that trimester that results in a credit balance
• Have aid approved for disbursement — check status in NetPartner

Only books and materials listed as required, recommended or optional for your specific courses can be charged to a voucher. When choosing your amount, estimate taxes, shipping and digital delivery fees.

Allow a minimum of two business days for a voucher to be approved before ordering books and supplies.

Logan partners with Follett ACCESS to lower the cost of course materials. Through the program, students have e-textbooks and materials on day one of the course. Logan is rolling ACCESS out course by course; students who prefer traditional textbooks can opt out, with instructions provided after registering for a course that includes ACCESS materials.
