We are seeking a dedicated, ambitious, and compassionate Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive chiropractic care, focusing on patient observation, rehabilitation/therapy guidance, and overall musculoskeletal health. This role involves diagnosing, developing care plans, and implementing treatment strategies to improve patient well-being. The Chiropractor will work closely with patients to address acute pain, occupational health concerns, and promote holistic health through evidence-based practices. There is extreme growth potential in this role with expanding pay and clinic oversight responsibilities!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and evaluation of medical history
  • Observe and monitor patient conditions to develop accurate diagnoses
  • Manage acute and chronic pain through various techniques such as trigger point therapy and other manual therapies
  • Develop personalized care plans targeting musculoskeletal issues and overall health improvement
  • Perform physical examinations utilizing knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Utilize medical imaging results to inform treatment strategies when necessary
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain detailed documentation of patient visits, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Stay updated with current research and advancements in chiropractic care and pain management

Experience

  • Proven experience in patient observation, acute pain management, and primary care settings preferred
  • Knowledge of occupational health principles and trigger point therapy techniques beneficial
  • Strong background in physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging required
  • Experience in developing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Previous experience in worker’s compensation or personal injury practices is an added plus
  • Prior work involving patient assessment, physical examinations, and pain management strategies is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment options and educating patients effectively
