WHAT WE DO
| We are a busy, full health and wellness practice seeing hundreds of patients weekly. Our care model addresses the whole person: proper spinal biomechanics, clinical nutrition, individualized eating programs, hydration counseling, quality rest, and targeted supplementation. We are focused, we are driven, and we genuinely love what we do — our patients feel that every visit. |
COMPENSATION — BUILT TO REWARD GROWTH
| BASE SALARY
$80,000 – $100,000 commensurate with experience |
PERFORMANCE BONUS
Tied to patient volume, collections, and satisfaction |
| RETENTION BONUS
Awarded at 12 months and again at 24 months |
PROFIT-SHARING
Eligible after 2 full years of associateship |
