We truly have a win/win/win associate position ready for the right person.  Our well-established clinic in Mediapolis, IA has been in practice for 45 years, for the last 10 years since Dr. Roelfs has been in practice, it has grown quickly and become one of the busiest Chiropractic clinics in Southeast Iowa. There are two full-time Chiropractors and 1 part-time Chiropractor, but we are ready and very capable of getting another Chiropractor to full capacity quickly.

Our busy, Palmer-Package (Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, impulse/activator) style adjusting practice is looking for the right set of hands, a heart for service, and a willingness to work hard and grow.

I want to share my experience in clinic management, patient care, and case management with an associate willing to learn and work hard. I’m nowhere near retirement, but I am ready to help you learn beyond school!

The right candidates will learn effective strategies for acquiring quality new patients, how to build value that helps them stay, and solid procedures for successful case and office management. You’ll receive a base salary ($48,000) designed to motivate you toward our GENEROUS bonus system. Our goal is not to keep you at base salary, but to get you to $100,000 and beyond as quickly as possible.
