Our well-established, multi-location chiropractic and wellness practice is seeking a confident, patient-focused Doctor of Chiropractic to join our growing team.

Many of the doctors within our practice are former business owners. Our doctors are able to focus primarily on what they do best: providing excellent patient care.

Doctors receive a stable income along with unlimited, uncapped bonus opportunities. Our bonus structure is designed to be realistic and attainable—not a program with unreachable goals. Every doctor is expected to have the opportunity to earn bonuses, and there is no limit on income potential for a motivated doctor who manages patients well and builds a strong practice.

Each doctor brings their own experience, clinical approach, and individual strengths to patient care. Our doctors maintain the autonomy to treat and manage their patients while having access to a collaborative care team, advanced treatment options, and the support of an experienced leadership, administrative, scheduling, and billing team.

We currently operate two locations and provide comprehensive chiropractic and wellness services, including:

• Chiropractic care
• Acupuncture and dry needling
• Class IV laser therapy
• Spinal decompression
• Traction and therapeutic modalities
• Massage therapy
• Functional medicine and wellness services

The ideal candidate is a skilled and confident adjuster who communicates well, connects easily with patients, and can effectively manage patients throughout their course of care.

We are looking for a doctor who:

• Has strong chiropractic adjusting skills
• Builds trust and lasting relationships with patients
• Communicates findings and treatment recommendations clearly
• Creates appropriate, individualized treatment plans
• Effectively manages patient progress, retention, and follow-up care
• Has an ownership mindset toward their patient base
• Works independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
• Is dependable, professional, motivated, and focused on excellent patient outcomes
• Is comfortable recommending supportive services when clinically appropriate

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients regarding their health history, symptoms, concerns, and treatment goals
• Perform comprehensive examinations, assessments, and re-evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs
• Provide safe and effective chiropractic adjustments
• Clearly explain clinical findings, patient progress, and treatment recommendations
• Manage an established and growing patient base
• Maintain strong patient communication, follow-up, and continuity of care
• Recommend complementary services such as laser therapy, decompression, acupuncture, traction, or massage when clinically appropriate
• Educate patients on exercise, posture, sleep, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and team members to provide comprehensive care
• Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare professionals when appropriate
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic program
• Active Missouri chiropractic license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Strong chiropractic adjusting and patient-management skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of the neuromusculoskeletal system
• Understanding of complementary therapies and wellness-based care
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills
• Professional, dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates with strong clinical and adjusting skills are encouraged to apply
