Associate Chiropractor Position: Part-Time or Full-Time

EverWell Family Chiropractic (formerly Antoniotti Chiropractic) in Kalamazoo, Michigan

We are seeking a passionate, motivated Associate Chiropractor to join our growing, collaborative wellness practice in beautiful Kalamazoo. This position offers the opportunity to step into an established practice with a strong community presence and a supportive team environment. Our clinic provides neurologically focused, family-centered chiropractic care, with a team of providers specializing in pregnancy, pediatrics, and lactation support.

The associate chiropractor will complement the practice by primarily caring for adults, older children, and student athletes, while also having exposure to prenatal and younger pediatric populations.

Position Overview

The Associate Chiropractor will work closely with our team to provide high-quality chiropractic care, focusing primarily on adult patients, active families, and student athletes. While pregnancy and pediatric care are not the primary patient population for this associate role, the ideal candidate should feel comfortable supporting these patients when needed and collaborating with our specialized providers.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing patient consultations, examinations, and neurological assessments
• Delivering individualized chiropractic adjustments and care plans
• Supporting active individuals, student athletes, and family wellness patients
• Collaborating with our team of providers for best clinical outcomes
• Building strong patient relationships and contributing to a positive clinic culture

Requirements & Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited program
• Michigan State Licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Webster Certification (required or must be willing to obtain within the first 90 days)
• Comfortable treating adults, children, and athletic populations
• Interest in family wellness chiropractic and collaborative care

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000 – $110,000+ (commensurate with experience, certifications, and patient care hours per week)
• Bonus Structure: Performance-based incentives
