- Willingness to learn and implement movement-based treatment strategies
- Self-motivated, coachable, and confident in patient interaction
- Team-oriented with a desire to grow personally and professionally
- Willingness to be involved in the community for outreach and marketing
- Ability to deliver clear, confident, and engaging face-to-face communication that enhances patient experience and supports team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas:
- Deliver high-quality chiropractic care integrated with rehab and performance training
- Perform functional movement assessments and prescribe corrective exercise
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term health strategies
- Collaborate with our team to create individualized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation
- Community outreach and involvement
Preferred Experience:
- McKenzie Therapy (MDT)
- Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)
- Motion Palpation Institute (MPI) training
- Dry needling certification or experience
This is an opportunity to practice in a forward-thinking, patient-centered environment where you’ll continue to grow your clinical skillset, build meaningful patient relationships, and treat a diverse population—from general wellness patients to active individuals and athletes. Our office culture is professional but lighthearted, providing a work environment that is fun to be around.
If you’re looking to be part of a clinic that blends chiropractic care with rehabilitation and performance—and values both clinical excellence and personal growth—we’d love to connect.
