Shannon is a results‑driven sales and account management professional known for exceeding goals, strengthening relationships, and driving sustained portfolio growth both within business and education.
Before stepping into her current role, Shannon served as a Key Account Executive at Avis Budget Group where she managed a $15M corporate portfolio across Missouri, Southern Illinois, and Indiana, earning recognition as the company’s top sales performer in 2025 with 118% quota achievement.
Before her corporate sales career, Shannon spent 10 years leading major academic partnership initiatives at Lindenwood University, expanding early college programs into more than fifteen states and improving student retention through personalized support and program development. She also developed and marketed educational programs and services that addressed students’ academic, personal, and social needs, increasing student persistence rates, and created customized programming and resources for students, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
She has held leadership roles within the Saint Louis Global Business Travel Association and holds both an MBA and a BA from Lindenwood.
