Sam Wang, DC, is a recently retired healthcare entrepreneur and chiropractic physician whose career has been defined by growth, innovation, and professional stewardship.
As co-founder of Chiro One Wellness Centers and Medulla LLC, he helped build Chiro One into the largest privately owned, non-franchised, multi-clinic, multi-state chiropractic organization in the United States. Through disciplined systems development and strategic expansion, he led the creation of scalable operational frameworks that elevated clinical consistency, compliance standards, and patient access to care.
Dr. Wang’s career has focused not simply on building practices, but on building enduring infrastructure — structured training programs, accountable governance models, and sustainable growth strategies designed to strengthen the profession for future generations. He has long believed that excellence in patient care must be supported by excellence in leadership and organizational design.
