Dr. Megan Zacheis joined Logan University in April 2020 as an Academic Success Coach and has experience in Academic Accommodations. She is currently an Instructional Designer. She also teaches in the College of Health Sciences. Dr. Zacheis earned her Doctorate in Instructional Leadership with an emphasis in Higher Education Administration. Her research focused on nontraditional student retention and success predictors.

Dr. Carter obtained her PhD in psychology from Northcentral University, and has been teaching in both online and face-to-face modalities for several years.
