Associate Dean of Student Success
Dana Wehrli serves as the Associate Dean of Student Success, providing leadership and oversight for initiatives that support student persistence, academic achievement, and successful post‑graduation outcomes. In this role, Dana collaborates closely with academic and student affairs partners to ensure students are supported across key transition points within their academic and professional journeys.
She supports students and alumni—particularly within the Doctor of Chiropractic program—through individualized career advising, professional development resources, and guidance related to licensure, job search strategy, and workforce readiness.
Dana is also responsible for cultivating employer partnerships to expand experiential learning and employment opportunities, and for leading the planning and implementation of career fairs, career road shows, and professional speaker events aligned with student outcomes and institutional goals.
With more than 25 years of experience in higher education, Dana has held roles of increasing responsibility encompassing program administration, staff supervision and development, curriculum delivery, event planning, and operational leadership. Her work reflects a strong commitment to evidence‑based practice, cross‑departmental collaboration, and continuous improvement in student support services.
Dana holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University.
