A growing chiropractic clinic in Peoria, AZ, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $95,000–$110,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), plus bonus, commission, and incentive opportunities.
The associate will work 31–40 hours per week, with a flexible and negotiable schedule. Expected patient volume ranges from approximately 170–215 adjustments per week, with doctors typically spending 3–5 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking patient X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Participating in care plan and financial plan discussions, with the CA team handling transactions
- Providing chiropractic adjustments
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Participating in professional development and seminars
- Supporting patient education workshops and internal referral initiatives
- Contributing to social media and content creation
The practice utilizes Manual Adjustment, Diversified, Activator, Drops, and Webster Technique. Exercise is primarily provided as home care, while the CA team assists patients with low-level laser treatments.
The clinic operates under a shared-patient model and provides individual, family, pediatric, and prenatal care. The practice is both subluxation-based and symptom-based, with a focus on adjusting, wellness lifestyle education, and decompression.
