Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of $65,000–$85,000 (based on experience)

• Deliver exceptional chiropractic care and rehabilitation services
• Lead, coach, and inspire a talented clinical team
• Establish clinic goals and help drive patient outcomes and sustainable growth
• Build strong relationships with patients, referral partners, attorneys, and the community
• Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement

• Become certified as a Motor Vehicle Occupant Injury Provider
• Develop expertise in personal injury and motor vehicle collision rehabilitation
• Learn advanced treatment techniques, including acupuncture, ozone injections, shockwave therapy, spinal decompression, and other advanced rehabilitation procedures
• Take ownership of clinic performance while building a positive, high-performing team
• Invest in lifelong learning and continually elevate their clinical and leadership skills
