💪 What We’re Looking For

• Doctor of Chiropractic, licensed (or eligible) in Missouri

• Coachable, motivated, and ready to learn our systems — not reinvent them

• Strong communicator who can connect with patients and team

• Willingness to participate in weekly marketing and outreach events

• Passion for corrective care, decompression, and measurable patient results

• Desire for a long-term partnership path, not just an associate job

🎓 Training & Development

• Complete Close for Chiro (C4C) Masterclass within 90 days of onboarding

• Hands-on training in decompression protocols and patient communication

• Weekly coaching and KPI tracking (closing %, PVA, revenue, etc.)

• Growth path from associate → lead doctor → potential partner

• Competitive base salary

• Production and new-patient bonuses

• Performance-based incentives and quarterly growth reviews

• Fridays reserved for marketing; weekends mostly free
