What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized, root-cause care through functional medicine protocols

• Use advanced lab testing, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle interventions to optimize patient health

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver whole-person care

• Educate patients on prevention, nutrition, and proactive wellness strategies

• Maintain accurate documentation through our EMR system

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Functional Medicine Practitioner (background may include MD, DO, DC, NP, or other licensed provider with functional medicine training)

• Passionate about patient-centered, holistic care

• Great communicator who thrives in a team-based environment

• Entrepreneurial and motivated to build a successful practice inside an established clinic
