Lead Chiropractor (DC) – Full-Time | Oklahoma City, OK

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a motivated DC to step into a clinic leadership role focused on growth and performance. This is not an associate role—you’ll take ownership of building patient volume and driving results in a developing clinic.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality adjustments, educate patients on care plans, and drive retention and clinic growth in a high-volume setting (50+ visits/day).

Requirements:
Active FL license, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow a clinic.

Compensation:
$80–85K base + bonus, benefits, malpractice covered, no insurance billing.
