Position Summary:
Superior Chiropractic & Rehab is seeking an independent contractor chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary practice in Glen Carbon, IL. The ideal candidate is a motivated, patient-centered doctor who values evidence-based care, professional autonomy, and a collaborative clinical environment.

Superior Chiropractic & Rehab integrates chiropractic care, physical rehabilitation, and sports medicine to help patients recover from injury, restore movement, and enhance long-term performance. Our clinic serves a diverse patient population—from athletes and weekend warriors to chronic pain patients—using advanced modalities such as decompression therapy, laser therapy, and electrical stimulation.

Contractor Responsibilities:

• Provide chiropractic examinations, assessments, and evidence-based treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and rehabilitation protocols in accordance with Illinois scope of practice.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the clinic’s EHR system.

• Collaborate with staff and other providers to ensure seamless patient care and communication.

• Operate as an independent practitioner while upholding the standards and reputation of Superior Chiropractic & Rehab.

• Manage their own scheduling, billing (if applicable), and patient retention strategies.

Contractor Requirements:

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.

Compensation:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation structure is negotiable and may be based on a percentage split or flat monthly rent, depending on the candidate’s preference and practice style.
