HealthQuest Chiropractic is a well-established, patient-centered practice serving western Maine for over 30 years. PHASE 1 — CLINICAL PRECEPTORSHIP (8–12 Weeks)

A hands-on, immersive experience designed to bridge the gap between school and real-world practice.

You will gain experience in:
• Patient examination and clinical decision-making  
• Chiropractic adjusting techniques (including Activator Methods)  
• Patient communication and case management  
• Documentation, outcomes tracking, and re-exam procedures  
• Practice systems, flow, and efficiency  
• Wellness and long-term patient care planning  

You will work directly with an experienced doctor in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

PHASE 2 — ASSOCIATE DOCTOR OPPORTUNITY

For the right candidate, the preceptorship can transition into a structured associate position.

This includes:
• Gradual patient base development  
• Continued clinical mentorship  
• Integration into an established system  
• Leadership and practice management exposure  

Our goal is to help you become confident, capable, and successful in private practice.

PHASE 3 — LEADERSHIP / OWNERSHIP PATHWAY

HealthQuest is actively planning for the future.
