Missouri Sport and Spine is a cash-based sports chiropractic and rehabilitation clinic located in Springfield, Missouri. We focus on identifying and treating the root cause of pain and movement dysfunction through a combination of chiropractic care, soft tissue treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery services.

Our practice has developed strong relationships with local gyms, fitness communities, and active individuals throughout the Springfield area, resulting in consistent new patient growth and a loyal patient base.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a chiropractor who:

• Holds or is eligible for Missouri chiropractic licensure
• Is passionate about sports medicine, rehabilitation, and patient-centered care
• Enjoys working with athletes and active individuals
• Has Active Release Technique (ART) certification or interest in learning and incorporating ART principles
• Is motivated to grow both clinically and professionally
• Possesses strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow a patient base

Experienced chiropractors are welcome, but new graduates who are eager to learn, develop their clinical skills, and build a successful practice are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation Structure

Flexible independent contractor options available, including:

• Percentage-based collections model
• Flat monthly rent model
• Hybrid arrangements may be considered
