Tradewinds Chiropractic & Wellness is seeking a motivated, patient-centered Associate Chiropractor to join our growing practice in beautiful St. Thomas. This is an excellent opportunity for a chiropractor who wants to build a strong clinical career while enjoying an unmatched island lifestyle.

Our clinic is a modern, evidence-based practice focused on comprehensive musculoskeletal care, rehabilitation, functional movement, and patient education. We combine chiropractic adjustments with active care and advanced therapies to help patients return to high levels of function and performance.

We serve a diverse patient population, including:

• Local residents
• Athletes and active adults
• Veterans through the VA Community Care Network
• Tourists and seasonal residents
• Personal injury and wellness patients

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $90,000/year
• Performance bonuses: % of collections after a baseline is met

Clinical Responsibilities

• Chiropractic evaluations and treatment
• Diversified, Gonstead, Activator, and extremity adjusting 
• Rehabilitative and corrective exercise instruction
• Documentation and patient management
• Collaboration with other healthcare providers
• Delivering excellent patient experience and outcomes

Experience or interest in any of the following is a plus:

• Sports chiropractic
• Functional rehab
• VA Community Care
• Digital X-ray interpretation
