Althoff Wellness Clinic is a comprehensive, correction-based clinic led by Dr. Jill Althoff, a chiropractor with over 20 years of experience and multiple clinic locations.
Our Cheyenne office currently focuses on:
- Spinal decompression
- Neuropathy care
- Functional and nutritional support
We are expanding and looking for an associate doctor who will not only help us grow—but will also play a key role in introducing and integrating chiropractic care into this location.
What This Role Looks Like
This position begins with a strong focus on:
- Consultation and patient communication
- Clinical exams and identifying root causes
- Report of Findings (ROF) and care plan delivery
- Re-evaluations and progress tracking
- Supplement and care plan recommendations
You will be trained in a structured, system-based approach focused on long-term patient outcomes.
Chiropractic Integration (Important)
At this time, the Cheyenne clinic does not actively offer chiropractic adjustments. As you become trained and integrated into our systems, chiropractic care will be introduced and incorporated into patient care plans.
This is a unique opportunity to help build and grow the chiropractic side of the practice, rather than stepping into an already adjustment-heavy environment.
Compensation
- Base salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (based on experience and skill level)
- Performance-based bonus structure available
Compensation is tied to performance, including patient conversion, care plan acceptance, and overall clinic growth.
Clinical Expectations
- Efficient, effective adjustments (typically 5–7 minutes)
- Majority of doctor time focused on:
- Consultations
- Exams
- Reports of Findings
- Re-evaluations
Who This Is a Great Fit For

Who This Is NOT a Fit For
- Prefers a traditional “adjustment-only” model
- Wants to primarily adjust patients all day
- Avoids discussing care plans or finances
- Resistant to feedback or structured systems
Growth Path
- First 90 days: Master consultation, exam, and ROF
- 90–120 days: Begin chiropractic training and patient pre-framing
- 120+ days: Integrate chiropractic into care plans and patient progression
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and able to follow structured systems
- Willingness to learn and grow within a comprehensive care model
