Job Description
- Perform tailored chiropractic adjustments as the first line of care.
- Collaborate with other providers to determine if additional services support recovery.
- Educate patients on spinal health, lifestyle changes, and long-term prevention.
- Document care accurately and communicate smoothly within the team.
- Participate in case reviews and team meetings to uphold high standards.
Qualifications
- Current or soon-to-be-active Alabama chiropractic license.
- Confidence in clinical judgment and chiropractic-first philosophy.
- Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable in a team-oriented setting.
- Open to feedback and clinical development—new grads and experienced DCs welcome.
Other Information
- Compensation: Base + incentives (expected range $85,000–$100,000 annually); benefits include health coverage, malpractice, CEU allowance, and growth opportunities.
