Performance Chiropractic in Wilder, KY is seeking a motivated associate chiropractor to find a long-term home in our established and growing sports and general practice.

Our previous associate was with us for four years and is relocating to be closer to family. This position offers the opportunity to step directly into an established patient base with consistent new patient flow and the support of an experienced team.

We are a motion-based practice that values thoughtful, hands-on care. We follow current clinical guidelines and emphasize quality over quantity — focusing on results, strong patient relationships, and referral-based growth. We are not a cookie-cutter clinic. Each patient receives an individualized plan that may include adjusting, rehabilitation, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance. While we have a strong sports and performance focus, we also serve families and individuals from all walks of life.

You will also have the opportunity to work alongside the current doctor in caring for a professional sports team.

Compensation

• Base salary $65,000–$85,000 depending on experience
• Expected first-year income $65,000–$95,000
• Six-figure income potential as patient base grows
• Performance-based bonus structure
• No earnings cap for motivated producers

Schedule & Volume

• 35–37 patient hours per week
• Typical volume: 80–90 visits per week
• Capacity to grow to 100–120+ visits per week
• 15-minute visit structure
• No weekend clinic hours
