What You Inherit

Established referral network, warm patient community, Bay Area professional connections, and a mentor with 26 years of practice-building knowledge.

Your own patient relationships, your own reputation, your own income — with full support, no corporate ceiling, and a clear path to ownership.

Diversified full-spine adjusting, sports chiropractic, extremity protocols, and wellness/lifestyle care models.

Compensation

Earn What You Build

35–45% of Your Collections

Starting at 35–40% of collections, scaling to 45% as you hit volume thresholds. No salary cap. No ceiling.

A motivated associate collecting $300K takes home $105–135K. The infrastructure, billing, staff, and space are covered. You focus on patients and growth.

Malpractice, office space, billing, and support staff are provided. CE and licensing are your responsibility.
