The University’s current strategic plan was developed in 2025 through an inclusive and evidence-informed process that culminated in the 2025 Strategic Planning Retreat, themed “Shaping Our Future Together: Innovation, Engagement, and Impact.” This retreat served as a dynamic forum for dialogue, bringing together institutional leadership and diverse stakeholders to critically examine opportunities and challenges, and to co-create priorities that advance institutional growth, innovation, and impact.

Over the course of this transformative process, we reaffirmed what makes Logan University exceptional—our unwavering commitment to excellence in health sciences education, our passion for innovation, and our dedication to student success. We engaged in thoughtful conversations, analyzed key trends, and envisioned a bold future that positions Logan as a leader in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.

The resulting plan is anchored in five interrelated strategic pillars that reflect our shared values and aspirations:
