Senior Academic Success Coach - College of Health Sciences
Terra Kneeland joined Logan University in 2018 and is a Senior Success Coach in the College of Health Sciences. She supports students throughout their academic journey—from their first term through graduation and into early career transitions. She blends academic advising, student success coaching, and career development to help learners build confidence, stay on track, and prepare for meaningful professional opportunities. Terra partners with students on individualized academic and career plans, study strategies, time‑management habits, and course navigation. She also provides career coaching on resumes, CVs, interviewing, job search strategy, and professional readiness.
Terra earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a master’s degree in communication from Missouri State University (MSU). While attending college at MSU, she held positions in the Annual Funds Department as well as a graduate assistantship in the Alumni Relations Department. Prior to joining Logan in 2018, Terra worked at Missouri University of Science and Technology as the lead transfer admissions counselor for 7 years.
She is a member of the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA), National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), as well as the Missouri Academic Advising Association (MACADA). She is a six-time recipient of Logan’s J. Clay McDonald Outstanding Staff Award.
Outside of work, Terra enjoys spending time with her two children and family.
