Jennifer Susnic
Associate Dean of Student Engagement
Jennifer brings nearly 10 years of experience in residential life leadership, student engagement, and student success to her new role, having most recently served as Associate Director of Residential Life at Lindenwood University. While there, Jennifer was responsible for key aspects of residential programming, student support, and community development and campus‑wide initiatives that strengthened the experience for diverse student populations.
Before joining Lindenwood, Jennifer held multiple roles at Maryville University, including Residential Life Coordinator and Operations & Assignments Coordinator. Her early leadership experience began as a student, where she chaired the Campus Activities Board Daytime Committee, managing a team of nine and executing more than a dozen high‑impact campus events. Her ability to design marketing strategies, collaborate across departments, and elevate student engagement has been a consistent hallmark of her career.
Jennifer holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science from Maryville University. Beyond her professional commitments, Jennifer is deeply dedicated to community service. She has volunteered for over a decade with organizations including the Rescue Wildlife Center, Franklin County Humane Society, and Maryville Reaches Out—supporting animal welfare, childcare, and local fundraising efforts.
