Jennifer Elorreaga, M.S.
Career Strategist
Jennifer Elorreaga joined Logan University in 2022 as a Career Strategist, supporting students and alumni in the Applied Nutrition and Dietetics, Health Informatics, Nutrition and Human Performance, and Health Professions Education programs. She provides individualized career coaching on resumes, CVs, job search strategy, interview preparation, and overall professional readiness.
In addition to one‑on‑one coaching, Jen develops both program‑aligned and general career education content and helps maintain the digital Career Resource Hub in Canvas, ensuring students have access to clear, structured learning materials that support competency development. She collaborates with Program Directors to identify student learning needs and align career education resources with program expectations. Jen also supports First Destination Survey data collection and reporting, translating graduate outcomes into insights that inform programming and student support.
Jen’s background includes roles in academic advising, career counseling, and student success across multiple higher education institutions. She holds a Master of Science in Academic Advising from Kansas State University and is a member of NACADA and NACE. She is also a recipient of Logan’s J. Clay McDonald Outstanding Staff Award.
