Erica Ehrhard, MA
Assistant Dean of Student Progress and Deputy Title IX Coordinator
Hello! I’m Erica Ehrhard, Assistant Dean of Student Progress and Deputy Title IX Coordinator at Logan. The best part of my role? Without a doubt, the people are!! The Student Affairs team is a fantastic mix of personalities that somehow just works, making Logan an energizing and genuinely fun place to be. We work hard, support each other, and definitely know how to laugh along the way!
Outside of work, I’m all about keeping life simple and joyful. My world revolves around my family and friends, with a steady soundtrack of country music always playing in the background. I was born in St. Louis, but I proudly claim Philadelphia as home because it’s where I grew up and will always have my heart.
I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration from Thomas More University and my Master of Arts in Leadership, with a focus on Higher Education from Bushnell University. When I’m not at Logan, you’ll find me in O’Fallon, Missouri, spending time with my husband, our daughter, our dog, and two cats. We’re a family that fully embraces the cold, so bring on winter!!
