Xaivier T.K. Tipler, DC, is a dedicated chiropractor committed to delivering patient-centered care at Proficient Chiropractic in Overland, Missouri, where he practices alongside longtime friend and colleague Edgar Everett III, DC. A 2006 graduate of Logan University, Dr. Tipler launched his practice with a guiding belief that true health and wellness come from treating the whole person—not just their symptoms.
Dr. Tipler is the co‑founder of Evoke Chiropractic Coaching LLC, where he helps support, guide, and empower chiropractic professionals nationwide. He also serves as the Central Regional Representative for the American Black Chiropractic Association and is the Vice-Chair of the Logan University Board of Trustees, reflecting his commitment to leadership and advancing the profession.
An Army Veteran with nine years of active-duty service, Dr. Tipler was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for his contributions during two years in the Iraq War. Beyond his clinical work, he remains deeply involved in the community through speaking engagements, health fairs, mentoring, and wellness education. Dr. Tipler has been honored as a Power 100 Community Builder and received the Business Award of the Month for Outstanding Achievement, recognizing his lasting impact on both his profession and his community.
