Rebekah Janiak

Dr. Rebekah Janiak brings nearly two decades of experience an educator and academic leader, helping students, faculty and institutions thrive. She most recently served as the Director of Institutional Effectiveness and an Assistant Professor at Life University, where she led university-wide planning, assessment and curriculum initiatives.
Known for her collaborative approach, Dr. Janiak has redesigned major reporting processes, strengthened curriculum systems and built training programs that make academic work more efficient and meaningful. Her leadership in this area has led to improved retention, strengthened learning outcomes and supported diverse student populations.
Dr. Janiak holds a Master of Science in Postsecondary and Adult Education and an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Teaching. Her research centers on the experiences of post‑developmental education students navigating higher‑level coursework. Throughout her career, she has been honored with numerous awards for excellence in teaching.
