Associate Chiropractor (3+ Days/Week) – Growth-Focused Opportunity with Path to Ownership | Naperville, IL

We are seeking a motivated, patient-centered chiropractor to join our Naperville, IL clinic for a minimum of 3 days per week, with the opportunity to grow into a larger role and potential ownership.

This position is ideal for a doctor who wants to build something—not just work a schedule. You’ll have the ability to develop your own patient base within an established practice while being supported in your growth as a clinician and communicator.

Position Details:

• Independent Contractor (1099)
• Minimum 3 days per week (opportunity to expand)
• 40% of collections compensation model
• Flexible schedule within clinic needs
• Existing patient flow + opportunity to build your own volume

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing high-quality chiropractic care and patient education
• Building relationships that drive retention and referrals
• Taking ownership of new patients and growing your schedule
• Participating in light reactivation efforts to help grow the practice

Who This Is For:

• Chiropractor licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) in Illinois
• Strong communicator who connects easily with patients
