Are you an evidence-based chiropractor who understands both sports injuries and general population care and looking for more than just an associate job?

Chiros in Motion is a growing sports and wellness clinic in Elkhorn, WI. We serve athletes at every level as well as active families and the general population. Our approach is whole-body and holistic, combining adjustments, rehab, muscle work, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance. We look beyond the injury, addressing risk factors like hypermobility, RED-S, and overtraining.

We’re connected with a local baseball/softball training facility (GTS Performance), enhancing our sports performance. Our team includes a mental performance consultant and a massage therapist, with a well-equipped rehab space and four treatment rooms.

We’re looking for the right doctor to join our team and take a leadership role in Elkhorn, with a clear track to part ownership.

What We Offer

• Salary: $70–75k starting base, with growth potential

• Part Ownership Track: From day one, this role puts you on a path to part ownership (up to 30%) in the Elkhorn clinic

• No large upfront investment: Unlike opening your own practice, you won’t need to take on debt. You’ll earn equity while earning your salary, building ownership as you grow into the role.

• Location: Elkhorn is a welcoming community just outside Lake Geneva, known for its lakes, hiking, and vibrant small-town life, only an hour from Milwaukee or Madison.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based chiropractic care for both athletes and active families

• Integrate rehab, adjustments, soft tissue therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching into care plans

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care

• Build relationships with local sports teams, gyms, and schools

• Step into a clinic leadership role with a structured path to part ownership

Who We’re Looking For

• A chiropractor with strong rehab and sports injury knowledge

• Additional certifications (CCSP, DACBSP, Graston, ART, DNS, SFMA) are a plus

• Committed to whole-athlete, holistic care, not just symptom relief

• Entrepreneurial mindset, excited about part ownership and leadership

• Strong communicator who values collaboration and evidence-based practice
