Associated Physicians Group (APG) is a respected, multi-specialty healthcare practice providing comprehensive, whole-body care—including primary care, pain management, and musculoskeletal health services. Our collaborative team includes interventional pain physicians, internal medicine physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and experienced support staff dedicated to delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
We are expanding services in Alton, Illinois, and seeking a patient-focused Chiropractic Physician to join our integrative care model.
Job Summary
As a Chiropractic Physician at APG, you will play a key role in evaluating and treating patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will work closely with our medical providers and support staff to deliver evidence-informed, conservative care that helps patients return to active, healthy lives.
Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver spinal and extremity adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and related manual techniques.
• Assist with X-rays and fluoroscope imaging as appropriate within your scope and training.
• Provide MedX rehabilitation and guidance as part of patient recovery programs.
• Collaborate daily with Interventional Pain Physicians, Internal Medicine Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and support staff to coordinate care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and treatment planning meetings.
• Accurately document care and maintain compliance with Illinois practice regulations and insurance requirements.
Qualifications
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program.
• Active Illinois Chiropractic License (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience in multidisciplinary, pain management, or whole-body care settings is preferred.
• Experience with supplementation and/or an interest in functional medicine is a plus.
• Experience or training in assisting with imaging procedures preferred.
• Experience in personal injury (PI) or workers’ compensation (WC) cases is helpful.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Compensation
• Salary range: $60,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Additional productivity incentives available.
