Logan’s Nutrition Programs Transitioning to Seven-Week Course Format in Sept. 2026

Logan University’s College of Health Sciences is launching seven-week courses for the Master of Science in Applied Nutrition & Dietetics (MSAND) and Master of Science in Nutrition & Human Performance (MSNHP) programs, beginning in September 2026.

In this new model, each trimester will include:

  • ###### Session 1: Seven weeks of coursework, plus the following Monday
  • ###### Session 2: A second seven‑week session
  • ###### A short break between sessions (Tuesday–Friday) to recharge and prepare for the next course

For MSAND students, the Supervised Experiential Learning courses will also transition from 15 to seven weeks in Fall 2026.

With the new structure, students can expect to receive the same high-quality content in a more focused format, and will have the flexibility to finish the degree sooner, depending on their individual academic plan. As a result of this change, courses will now follow the seven‑week format used across other programs in Logan’s College of Health Sciences, creating more opportunities for shared or cross‑listed classes and enabling you to learn alongside peers from additional disciplines.
