Virtus Sport & Extremity is a sports-based chiropractic and rehabilitation clinic focused on helping patients move better, recover from injury, and return to the activities they love.

Our approach goes beyond traditional chiropractic care. We combine chiropractic treatment, soft-tissue techniques, rehabilitation, mobility, strength, and patient education to provide individualized, evidence-informed care.

Our patients range from everyday active individuals to CrossFit athletes, runners, lifters, weekend warriors, and competitive athletes. We are looking for a chiropractor who wants to become part of a collaborative team and build a long- erm career with Virtus.

The Position: We are looking for a motivated, personable, and clinically strong Doctor of Chiropractic to join the Virtus team. The ideal candidate is comfortable treating more than just the spine. We want a doctor who is interested in sports injuries, extremity conditions, rehabilitation, soft-tissue treatment, and helping patients understand the why behind their pain and treatment plan. This is an excellent opportunity for a chiropractor who wants the benefits of working within an established practice without having to handle all of the administrative responsibilities of owning one.

What You'll Do: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions Perform comprehensive orthopedic and functional examinations Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans Provide chiropractic manipulation and joint mobilization Evaluate and treat extremity injuries in addition to spinal complaints Incorporate soft-tissue techniques when clinically appropriate Prescribe and progress therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation Educate patients about their diagnosis, treatment plan, recovery, and injury prevention Order or refer for diagnostic imaging when clinically appropriate Refer and collaborate with other healthcare providers when necessary Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Communicate effectively with our rehab, massage, administrative, and billing teams Build strong relationships with patients and contribute to a positive clinic culture

Who We're Looking For: Our ideal doctor is someone who: Holds a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program Is licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington State Has a strong understanding of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries Is comfortable treating both spinal and extremity conditions Values rehabilitation and active care—not adjustments alone Is interested in strength training, movement, sports, and injury prevention Uses clinical reasoning rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment approach Communicates confidently and professionally with patients Is comfortable working as part of a team Is dependable, organized, and able to maintain timely documentation Wants to continue learning and developing clinically Is motivated to build and maintain a patient base New graduates are encouraged to apply. We care about clinical ability, personality, willingness to learn, and fit with our treatment style

What Makes Virtus Different At Virtus, our doctors aren't expected to be adjustment machines. We want our providers to have the time and resources to properly evaluate patients, treat the underlying problem, incorporate rehabilitation, and help patients return to the things they actually want to do. Our doctors work alongside other providers and support staff so they can focus more of their energy on patient care.

You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse, active patient population and develop your skills in areas including: Sports chiropractic Extremity adjusting and treatment Injury rehabilitation Strength and movement assessment Soft-tissue treatment Return-to-sport programming Chronic and acute musculoskeletal conditions

Virtus provides the infrastructure needed to allow our doctors to focus on being doctors, including: Established clinic locations and patient base Front desk and administrative support Insurance billing and collections support Insurance credentialing support Rehabilitation staff Marketing and social media support Treatment and rehabilitation equipment Collaborative provider environment Opportunities for continued clinical growth Mentorship and training

Our Culture We take patient care seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. Virtus is a team environment. We expect our doctors to treat patients, staff, and fellow providers with respect and to be willing to collaborate when another team member can help a patient. We value providers who are curious, hardworking, personable, and willing to keep learning.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people get back to lifting, running, competing, working, playing with their kids, or simply moving without pain.
