Gary Mohr, MS has been named Logan University’s Chair of the Board of Trustees. He most recently served as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees, a position he’s held since 2017.
Mohr has spent his more than 40-year career in education, holding roles such as dean of continuing education, vice chancellor of community development and executive director of external affairs. He has earned numerous awards in education, including Outstanding College Administrator Award, the President’s Distinguished Service Award and the Outstanding Community Service Award, among many others.
In 2016, Mohr was elected to the Iowa State House of Representatives. Prior to his election, he served as Alderman-At-Large in his community of Bettendorf, Iowa.
