Partnership or Independent Office/Shared Space Opportinity

Chiropractor Opportunity – O'Fallon, Missouri

I'm looking for the right chiropractor to join my established, 17-year practice in O'Fallon, Missouri.

This is not an associate position. I'm looking for someone interested in building a long-term future within an established practice, and I'm open to two different paths depending on the right person's goals:

Path 1 – Partnership / Ownership Opportunity Begin as an associate for approximately 3–6 months to ensure the relationship is a great fit for both of us, with the opportunity to transition into a partial ownership position in an established practice with an existing patient base, staff, systems and strong community reputation.

Path 2 – Independent Practice / Shared Office Opportunity For someone who wants to maintain ownership of their own practice, there is an opportunity to operate independently within our established office while sharing overhead and resources. The goal would be for multiple independent practices to function collaboratively under one roof while each doctor maintains ownership of their own business.

I'm especially interested in a chiropractor who is motivated to grow, comfortable treating an established patient base, collaborative, and interested in becoming part of the community long-term.

Acupuncture would be a significant plus. The practice historically had a large established acupuncture patient base, (I do not practice acupuncture) and there may be an additional opportunity for the right doctor to develop/re-establish that portion of the practice.

My priority isn't filling the position quickly—it's finding the right person. Any candidate would begin with a 3–6 month associate/vetting period before moving into either long-term arrangement.
