Located in the Administration Center, Academic Technology Services is your source for information and support on the learning technology used in Logan’s classrooms and labs.

Equipment by Classroom

Room G102 / G105: Seats 106. Equipped with a 7” Extron control touchscreen feeding the following sources: (1) Digital projector. The source inputs include a Blu-Ray player, Document Camera (used as overhead with the base light), PC and Laptop (VGA or HDMI hook-up). A wireless microphone and a sound system is available. Multiple lighting presets are available. Chalkboards are also available.

Room G107: Seats 113-120. Equipped with a 7” Extron control touchscreen feeding the following sources: (1) Digital projector. The source inputs include a Blu-Ray player, Document Camera (used as overhead with the base light), PC and Laptop (VGA or HDMI hook-up). A wireless microphone and a sound system is available. Multiple lighting presets are available. Chalkboards are also available.

Room G134: Seats 133. Equipped with a 10” Extron control touchscreen feeding the following sources: (2) Digital projectors and (1) smartboard. The source inputs include a Blu-Ray player, Document Camera (used as overhead with the base light), PC and Laptop (VGA or HDMI hook-up). Multiple wireless microphone options and a sound system is available. Multiple lighting presets are available. Whiteboards are also available. This room is also equipped with an Apple TV device which allows for wireless transmission of source material from Apple devices (AirPlay). This room also supports lecture capture.

Room G2/3: Technique Classroom. Uses Extron push button control system to send the following sources to (1) Digital projector and (8) ceiling mounted video monitors. Source inputs include a VHS/DVD player, Document Camera (used as overhead with the base light), PC, Laptop (hook-up), and a ceiling mounted video camera. A wireless or wired microphone and sound system is available.

Room G48 /G49: Seats 120. Equipped with a 7” Extron control touchscreen feeding the following sources: (1) Digital projector. The source inputs include a Blu-Ray player, Document Camera (used as overhead with the base light), PC and Laptop (VGA hook-up). A wireless microphone and a sound system is available. Multiple lighting presets are available. Chalkboards are also available.

Room 142A / 156A: Seats 148. Equipped with a 7” Extron control touchscreen feeding the following sources: (2) Digital projectors. The source inputs include a DVD player, Document Camera (used as overhead with the base light), PC and Laptop (VGA hook-up). A wireless microphone and a sound system is available. Multiple lighting presets are available. Chalkboards are also available.

Room 142B: Seats 173. Equipped with a 7” Extron control touchscreen feeding the following sources: (2) Digital projectors. The source inputs include a Blu Ray/DVD player, Document Camera (used as overhead with the base light), PC and Laptop (VGA hook-up). A wireless microphone and a sound system is available. Multiple lighting presets are available. Whiteboards are also available. This room is also equipped with an Apple TV device which allows for wireless transmission of source material from Apple devices (AirPlay).

Room 156B: Seats 173. Equipped with a 7” Extron control touchscreen feeding the following sources: (2) Digital projectors. The source inputs include a DVD player, Document Camera (used as overhead with the base light), PC and Laptop (VGA hook-up). A wireless microphone and a sound system is available. Multiple lighting presets are available. Chalkboards are also available.

Room SB9 / SB10: Technique Classrooms. Uses Extron push button control system to feed the following sources (1) data and (4) ceiling mounted video monitors. Source inputs include a VHS/DVD player, Document Camera (used as overhead with the base light), PC, Laptop (hook-up), ceiling mounted video camera. A wireless microphone and a sound system is available.

Anatomy Amphitheater: Seats 64. Equipped with a 7” Crestron controlled touchscreen feeding the following sources: (3) 27” video monitors and one preview monitor. Source inputs include a VHS/DVD player and recorder, Document Camera (used as overhead with base light), PC, high-end medical class ceiling video camera, and front and rear cameras. Two wireless microphones and a sound system are available.

Idea Room: Seats 18+. Flexible space used for meetings, collaboration and studying. Uses a 60” interactive touch enabled video display connected to a Windows PC. This room has a Blu-Ray/DVD player as well as connections for an external laptop (VGA or HDMI hook-up). There is also a secondary monitor towards the rear of the room, overhead speakers for sound, and a wireless keyboard, mouse, and PC remote clicker. This room is also equipped with an Apple TV device that allows for wireless transmission of source material from Apple devices (AirPlay).
