Who We’re Looking For — Could Be You
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, motivated licensed DC (new graduates welcome!) who:

• Embraces a whole-person, rehab-oriented, multimodal approach to chiropractic care (manual adjustments, soft-tissue work, rehab exercises, dry-needling / similar modalities).
• Has excellent people skills — you’ll be working with patients who are often in pain, anxious, or new to chiropractic, so empathy, clarity, and confidence-building are crucial.
• Is comfortable promoting a conservative, patient-centered approach — focusing on restoring function and wellness
• Open to part-time or full-time depending on your life stage / goals.
• Enjoys collaborating with a small, tight-knit team in a modern outpatient setting.

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing patient evaluations
• Provide manual chiropractic adjustments; soft tissue work; rehab exercise guidance; dry-needling/trigger-point therapy as indicated
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals
• Educate patients on posture, rehab exercises, preventive care, and injury avoidance
• Build out rehabilitation protocol and help train support staff
• Build rapport, instill confidence, and cultivate long-term relationships — many of our patients rely on ongoing care and appreciate consistent, compassionate service
