We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Chiropractor to join our practice in Rocklin, CA. We are looking for a fantastic adjuster, that is passionate about chiropractic and the benefits continued care brings! We have a dynamic team of chiropractors and support staff, and we need to add another compassionate DC to help our growing base. This is an excellent position for a recent grad who is looking to learn to run a successful practice, as well as a seasoned professional who is looking for professional advancement, as our group looks to expand into other offices around the area with opportunities toward owning an office.

We are a high volume, subluxation-based family wellness practice that believes in treating patients individually and seeking the origin of problems to ensure that we improve our patient’s health. Outside of chiropractic care, our doctors help our patients get more nutrition into their body, become fit, detoxify, and transform their body into a fat burning machine. We accept clients of all ages, genders, and athletic abilities.
Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take, mark, and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare treatment care plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, nutrition/lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments gonstead, drop, extremities, diversified, basic knowledge of CBP and Pettibon (willing to train on our specific style), rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Conversion to wellness plans
• New Patient marketing- help grow the office with new patients and patient volume
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in CA
• Solid adjustor that can handle high volume of patients up to 150 per day
Schedule:
• Mon- Friday with Friday hours ending at 2
Salary (range):
• $100k (DOE) plus an additional bonus potential ($20k-$100k) for a total compensation of $120k-$200k
