Chiropractor (DC) Needed in Mill Creek, WA

The new chiropractor team member will be working with patients every day.

The duties will include, but not limited to: Adjusting patients, acquire new patients, D1, examinations, consultation, history, x-ray reports, reexaminations, show patients exercises, D2, ROF’s, explain x-rays to patients, refer out for MRI, PT, ect…, write reports for insurance companies, LNI, attorneys, marketing to MDs, attorneys, other chiropractors, Midwifes, Outside events talks, marketing with team when events get scheduled. Outline Day to Day: M,W,F -> AM(Morning) adjust patients, do D1, D2, re exams, New patients, exercises, show and preform traction, patient notes, answer any patient questions (Up time = when patients are here) Down time = when patients aren’t here. Mid day (Eat lunch) Do x-ray, insurance, attorney reports, finish any notes, follow up with any new patient leads, new attorney meetings, MD meetings, follow up on PINC (patient in need of care). PM (afternoon shift) adjust patients, do D1, D2, re exams, New patients, exercises, show and preform traction, patient notes, answer any patient questions. Tuesday (AM) No patients in morning (Downtime) Finish any reports, marketing, Events, meeting with team about past week and going forward for next week. Tuesday (PM) adjust patients, do D1, D2, re exams, New patients, exercises, show and preform traction, patient notes, answer any patient questions.

Techniques/ Specialty utilized:
diversified, extremity adjusting, Palmer package, manual adjusting, Thompson drop table, Leander traction, activator, athrostim instrument adjusting. Will train and work on all adjusting techniques.

Office hours and days candidate will work: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday full days 9am to 6:30pm
Thursday off
Saturday and Sunday off.

Salary (range): $72,000 is the base
Bonus compensation: Bonus system based on patient visits, events, talks, marketing, also on collections of clinic can earn up to another $25,500 in bonuses
