Victoria Lyons serves as a Cataloguer Librarian and Archivist, overseeing the technical services operations of Logan’s Learning Resource Center, such as acquisitions, cataloging, processing and repairing materials. She also maintains Logan’s archives, including rare books, photographs and realia.
Victoria earned a bachelor’s degree in English writing from the University of Pittsburgh as well as a Master of Library Science from the University of Missouri. Prior to her start at Logan, Victoria held various job titles, such as research specialist supervisor at Vandover, senior claims adjuster with GMAC Insurance and adult services librarian at Richmond Heights Memorial Library. Upon starting at Logan in 2013, she served one year as a library assistant, circulating materials and providing basic reference assistance.
Victoria is a member of the Missouri Library Association, Society of American Archivists and Midwest Archives Conference.
